WALKINGSTICK COLLECTIONS:
Walkingstick collections are a truly unique dimension in the arts. They fall into four categories: African (Igbo); Afro-Belizean/Afro-American; Mayan; and a composite. Except for specific pieces dedicated to the Garifuna of Belize, or the ever evolving philosophical culture of the people of Ibgo land, others are a true story of the human race. They are a careful blend of the many influences that form the basis for the new African American reality. The sculptures are powerfully the delicate story of the intricate human experience in social and familial relationships.

VISUAL DIALOGUE:
Each piece is delicately incised with detail to augment its message and increase its interactiveness in the visual dialogue. Our works are created intentionally to be and remain a source of ever evolving public and private visual dialogue. Each having a story that evolves with time and circumstance.

MATERIAL:
Each limited and gift edition is made from specially bonded mahogany. This process that uses pulverized blocks of carefully selected wood has been developed exclusively for the Walkingstick Sculpture collection. The process and material is eco-sensitive and environmentally sound. Our outdoor and commissioned pieces are either made from Bronze, stucco, or composite materials depending on the clients requirements.

ICONOGRAPHY:
Employs contemporary African with sprinkles of traditional African iconography to infuse each piece with a dept of spirituality and forceful enactment of its message.
